Hospitality Training
Our Hospitality Training has been developed to offer hospitality companies the opportunity to provide guided and progressive career development for their staff, from initial onboarding and SOPs to a Diploma in Hospitality. This is designed to improve customer experience professionally and to retain quality staff through the program.
Onboarding and SOPS
- Integrates new hires seamlessly into the company culture. 
- Clear and detailed SOPs ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. 
- Build a strong foundation through core values and the unique aspects of Creating Truly Memorable Experiences (CTME). 
Core Competencies
- Communication - The importance of effective communication with internal staff at all levels and with customers. 
- Conflict Resolution - How to manage customer complaints and dissipate conflict in a calm and professional manner. 
- Revenue Awareness - How does the business make money and what we can do to ensure we maximise revenue without affecting the highest level of service? 
- Customer Experience - Ensuring that we are Creating Truly Memorable Experiences (CTME) through behaviours and actions putting the customer at the centre of everything we do. 
- Health and Safety - General Health and Safety for the hospitality industry. Specific Health and Safety for the particular property. 
Subject Matter Expert/ CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CHAMPION
- Mentoring - Train the trainer. Understand how to mentor and train new recruits on the job in a practical setting. 
- Completion of all Core Competency modules to the satisfaction of the trainer and the property’s management team. 
- Passing a test put together by the trainers and the management team at the property. 
DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY
